How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly online via our website.  Alternatively, you can visit our Melbourne store.  If you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email and your item will be shipped within the stipulated time.

What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Pre-orders?

Our ready-to-ship collection is available immediately.  These pieces are available in-store and online.  All orders placed from the ready-to-ship collection will be shipped immediately. 

Our pre-order collections are usually a new release collection which we open for you to reserve through a pre-order system.  These pieces ship within 3-4 weeks from date of the collection launched.  If you pre-order a piece a week before delivery is expected, you will not have to wait 3-4 weeks.  We have samples of these pieces available in-store in the full size range for you to try on.

As we make all of our collections in-house, our pre-order reservation system allows us to gauge interest before production commences.  This is all part of our sustainability program, and ensuring we do not waste materials. 

If I purchase a piece from your Ready-to-ship collection, how long does it take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  However, please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so any orders placed online over the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday.

How does pre-order work?

Some of our collection pieces are available to reserve through a pre-order system.  We will update you via email once your order is ready to be shipped, and you will receive a shipping notification once this process is complete.

When will I get my pre-order?

Pre-orders usually take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Estimated delivery periods are indicated on each product page. If we are able to deliver earlier than indicated then we will get in touch with you.

Do you have pieces in store from your pre-order collection for me to try on? 

Yes, we do have sample pieces in each style and size for you to try on.  Please email or call before you visit the store and we can set them aside for you to try on.

How do I find out my correct size?

Our size guides are available on each product page and also here.  We have also provided garment measurements for some of our pieces on the product page so you can compare the measurements with another item you currently own.

Do you offer alterations or adjustments?

Yes, we offer minor alterations.  If you would like an alteration made to a piece you purchase online then please contact us at hello@uloaustralia.com to confirm we can assist with your alteration.

Do you offer Custom services?

Yes, we do. Please refer to our Services page for further details. 

The style or size I want is sold out, what can I do? 

Due to the nature of our work, we make very limited runs of our collections.  It is very rare that we are able to restock, but if you are interested in a particular item that is sold out, please contact us at hello@uloaustralia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the material is available.

How do I get in touch?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all major credit cards.  

You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AfterPay. 

All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. 

Do you offer AfterPay?

Yes, you can place an order using AfterPay.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Please click here to refer to our shipping page. 

Do you have gift cards?  

Yes, we have gift cards available for purchase. This gift card is virtual and will be delivered directly to your inbox, with instructions for redemption at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees - just select your desired amount.

 

I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do? 

We are able to alter and/or cancel orders if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel after that 1 hour time period, please email us at hello@uloaustralia.com. and we will assist.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Occasionally we run exclusive offers for our subscribers on our mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, email hello@uloaustralia.com

What if the item I ordered becomes unavailable? 

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Ulo is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We have adopted the latest technologies to ensure that your credit card, contact, and shipping/billing information are kept confidential.

Why do I have to enter my telephone number at checkout?

We request a phone number at checkout in order to offer the best possible customer service in case any issues regarding your order may arise.
