All of our made-to-order garments are designed, cut, and sewn by our team in Melbourne, Australia.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not offer cash refunds. Provided that the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered along with the swing tag and return form, you may return products within seven (7) days of receiving your order for a store credit which is valid for six (6) months.

Please note that if you would like to exchange your garment, we will need to confirm whether fabric is available to complete your new order. It will take 3-4 weeks to make your exchange garment.

Products that are no longer in stock will not be accepted for a return.

Homewares & Kidswear

We are happy to offer a full refund or a thirty (30) day exchange period from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of the sale. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within thirty (30) days of you receiving them.

If you choose to exchange your items, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the equivalent value, valid for six (6) months from the date of the initial purchase.

UK and Europe

Under the EU distance selling law, we will happily refund or exchange your items purchased online, however, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of the sale. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility and items must be received in same condition as shipped within thirty (30) days. In these instances the full price paid for the goods will be refunded and this includes our delivery costs of the goods. Alternatively, we can issue you with a credit voucher to the equivalent value, valid for one (1) year from date of initial purchase.

If your item/s arrive faulty please email us a photo of the damaged item within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit voucher.

USA and Canada

We are happy to offer a full refund or a thirty (30) day exchange period from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility and items must be received in the same condition as shipped within thirty (30) days.
