Standard Shipping within Australia

We are currently under lockdown restrictions in Victoria.  Please note your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia, however, Australia Post is experiencing delays due Covid-19 restrictions. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us at hello@uloaustralia.com and we will do our best to help.


Express Shipping

Please elect the express shipping option if you need your goods urgently.  If you have any queries then please contact us at hello@uloaustralia.com.

Tracking your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

 

Damaged Parcel

If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged product and packaging (we need these to claim delivery insurance). If we can replace it with something you are happy with, we will, otherwise we will refund your purchase.
